In these Business Terms & Conditions words spelt with initial capital letters are defined terms. These Business Terms & Conditions together with the customer's Purchase constitute the Contract between bubbleTEC and the customer for the supply of the Products or Services.
No other terms & conditions shall apply.
For ease of reference these defined terms are listed in alphabetical order.

| Amendments |
| No amendment to these terms and conditions will be binding unless agreed in writing by a director of bubbletec. These terms and conditions shall always apply regardless of any terms and conditions of purchase used by the customer that may state anything to the contrary. |
| Business Day |
| Any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or a bank or public holiday in England. |
| bubbletec |
| Means bubbletec international limited or it's affiliated, associated or related companies. |
| Confirmation of Purchase |
| Orders for the Purchase of Products or Services are to be made on bubbletec’s Quotation/Order Form. All customers must be 18 years of age or over. Upon receipt by bubbletec of one signed copy of either the Quotation/Order Form or a Delivery Note, a Purchase is deemed to have been made by the customer. |
| Contract |
| By completing the appropriate Quotation/Order Form, the customer has made an offer to bubbletec to Purchase the Product or Service the customer has selected on these Business Terms & Conditions. The Contract will be deemed to have been concluded in Guernsey and any offer to purchase will not be accepted until payment has been made or otherwise agreed in writing by bubbletec. bubbletec may or may not accept a customer's offer at its discretion. If bubbletec does not accept a customer's offer the customer will be contacted by post, telephone, fax or e-mail and any payment made by the customer will be refunded by bubbletec. |
| Data Protection |
| All customer data received is for bubbletec’s use only. Customers agree that bubbletec may store, process and use the data collected for the purpose of supplying Products and Services. Customers may obtain a copy of the data held by bubbletec, concerning them, on request in writing. bubbletec reserves the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. |
| Delivery |
| All Products are offered ex-works Guernsey. bubbletec can deliver Products to customers. Products are usually dispatched within one week from receipt of order. Products can also be delivered either by a next day or two/three day service. The cost of Delivery will be advised at the time of order placed. Customers should check the Products upon Delivery. bubbletec must be advised within three days of Delivery in the event of any loss or damage to the Product occurring prior to their receipt. |
| Delivery Note |
| Means bubbletec’s standard form for the acknowledgement of Delivery of the Product signed by the customer upon receipt of the Product or Service Purchased. |
| Disputes |
| Any dispute arising under these Business Terms and Conditions shall be determined by the laws of Guernsey. |
| Force Majeure |
| bubbletec will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by customers arising from its delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfil or otherwise discharge any of its obligations under the Contract, to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by any circumstance beyond bubbletec’s reasonable control. |
| Handling Charge |
| Means bubbletec’s costs for administration, packaging and freight. |
| Illustrations |
| All illustrations or descriptive material of any sort including drawings, specifications of weight, capacity, dimensions, output and consumption are for information only, are given in good faith and are, to the best of bubbletec’s knowledge and belief, accurate. No warranty or guarantee is given for their accuracy. |
| Import & Export Laws |
Means all relevant laws, regulations and orders of any country throughout the world applicable to the import, export, transfer or resale of the Products.
The customer agrees: -
to comply with all relevant import & export laws, and
not to import from or export to any country in contravention of the import or export laws of that country. |
| Limitation of Liability |
| In the event of any claim being made against bubbletec in respect of Products it supplied, compensation shall be limited to the replacement of the Products or the contract value. |
| Payment |
| Customers who do not hold an account with bubbletec must make payment upon placing an order in advance of Delivery either by letter of credit, sterling draft or by direct transfer to the account of bubbletec. Upon production of suitable references bubbletec may open a customer account. Customers who hold an account with bubbletec must pay for the Product supplied within 30 days of Delivery. Thereafter interest will be charged to the account at the rate of 2.5% per month of any unpaid balance. |
| Prices |
| Prices quoted are in pounds sterling, are ex-works Guernsey, Channel Islands, UK and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices may vary with exchange rate fluctuations or with suppliers' price changes. The customer will be advised of any change to Prices when an order to Purchase is placed. For Purchases of less than £25 nett value, bubbletec reserves the right to add a Handling Charge of £5. Quotations remain valid for 90 days from the date on the Quotation/Order Form. |
| Product |
| Means any Product which bubbletec agrees to supply on these Business Terms & Conditions. |
| Purchase |
| Means the Purchase of Products or Services in accordance with these Business
Terms & Conditions. |
| Quotation/Order Form |
| bubbletec’s form for placing orders to Purchase Products or Services. |
| Refund |
| Any refund will be the amount of the Price of the Product damaged, lost or returned, and converted into the customer's currency at the market exchange rate on the day the refund is made. bubbletec will not be liable for any loss as a result of exchange rate fluctuation. Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of a valid request in writing. |
| Service |
| Means any Service which bubbletec agrees to supply on these Business Terms & Conditions. |
| Specification |
| bubbletec reserves the right to make at any time such changes to the Product or Services relating to their design, construction, composition, materials, arrangements or equipment as it shall deem fit without notification to the customer. |
| Taxes, Import & Export Duty |
| bubbletec can export to all parts of the world and will give detailed quotations for transport. There may be an additional charge if special packaging is required. The Price quoted is the price the customer shall pay. Whilst bubbletec will endeavour to ensure that there will be no additional charges, in any circumstances where unforeseen taxes or duties arise and thus become payable by the customer in accordance with applicable Import & Export Laws, bubbletec will not be liable for such additional charges. |
| Title of Products |
| Liability for Products passes to the customer upon Delivery, however legal title remains with bubbletec until all outstanding monies due have been paid in full. The customer agrees that in seeking to exercise its rights under this clause, bubbletec or its authorised representative may at any reasonable time enter the customer's premises and remove its Products. |
